FOUNDER - SHAY OIRIK



Kadima Capital Advisors was established by Shay Oirik, who had prior experience in the custom home development sector. Shortly after commencing operations, he provided counsel on notable real estate ventures in Downtown Toronto and GTA. Some of the noteworthy projects he provided guidance on included 212 Dundas Street East currently known as the Elektra Condos that has a plan to intensify the site with a 46-storey residential tower, 403 Keele Street, a proposed 11-storey rental building on Keele Street north of Dundas Street West, in Toronto's Junction, and 3459 -3471 Sheppard Avenue East   

a proposed 12-storey mixed-use condominium building on the southwest corner of Sheppard Avenue East and Aragon Avenue, in Toronto's Tam O'Shanter Sullivan neighborhood. 


With extensive experience and unwavering dedication in the real estate advisory role, Shay established a proven record of success in delivering expert guidance and advisory services to clients who seek to maximize their investments in this constantly evolving market.
